Our private backroom gives you a comfortable and spacious room for groups up to 50 people. It’s a great fit for everything from birthday celebrations and graduation parties to business meetings, holiday gatherings, and team get-togethers. Hosted parties include many amenities with optional add-ons to customize your experience.

Catering Menu

Our catering menu is built around crowd favorites: sliders, wraps, pasta, greens, wings, flatbreads, appetizers, and shareable sides. Everything is prepared fresh and packaged for easy pickup. Mix-and-match options are available for sliders and wraps. Our full pan feeds approximately 30 people and half pan feeds approximately 15 people.

Catering & Party FAQ

Here are answers to common questions about our catering options and party room.

No. All catering orders are pickup only from The Varsity Club.

No. There is no minimum for catering orders.

We ask that your menu and final headcount are confirmed at least one week before your event so we can order and prepare everything.

There is a non-refundable $100 deposit required to reserve the party room and save your date.

Our private backroom can host up to 50 guests comfortably.

A 20% gratuity is added to all in-house parties and off-site events that we staff. Pickup catering orders do not include gratuity.

They are included for hosted parties at The Varsity Club. For off-site events, plates, napkins,and silverware can be provided for an additional charge.

Hosted parties include unlimited pop, tea, and coffee. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase separately.

Patio use can be requested and is approved based on date,time, and other events that may be scheduled. Mention it in your inquiry and we will let you know what is available.

Yes. Our in-house microphones and speakers are available to rent for hosted parties.

In many cases we can adjust items or suggest alternatives. Note any allergies or dietary needs in your inquiry and we will review what is possible.

Yes. Availability can be limited on YSU game days and on major event dates hosted at The Varsity Club. Include your preferred date and time in the inquiry form and we will confirm availability.
